Harris Manlutac is American Express Global Business Travel’s Head of Consulting for the Asia Pacific region. He joined the company this year, bringing more than 12 years of leadership, knowledge and expertise in analytics, business strategy and consulting services to his role. Harris oversees a regional team of Consulting Managers and is responsible for the development and delivery of creative consulting solutions to the region and to GBT’s multinational clients. He has assisted organizations in maximizing their supplier sourcing programs and optimizing their spend strategy within their corporate travel management processes. He says "It is our job to find insight in vast volumes of data and deliver actionable intelligence to the right people at the right time to enable them to make savvy business decisions.” Prior to working with GBT, Harris worked at Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) as Head of Consulting APAC where he led a team of consultants/analysts, manage high service delivery, innovates and supports the company’s regional and global engagement. Further, he spearheaded the development of various tools and initiatives which have increased the team's efficiency and productivity. He entered the corporate travel industry in 2010, working for Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) as a Reporting and Financial Analysis Manager. After two years he was promoted within Solutions Group as lead consultant in business analytics where he developed several models and technologies helping clients to identify savings opportunities and operate more efficiently and effectively. Harris is based in Singapore and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nottingham University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineer from De La Salle University.
